Excellent service at a great price. From the first quote to the pick up and set down day - lovely people who really know their stuff.

The guys who moved us were lovely- they worked hard and were so polite and careful with our belongings. They were so good to kindly move things around too. They also managed to move our Springfree trampoline without us having to dismantle it!

What is the cost of moving interstate from Sydney?

We offer an interstate removals service that covers all major cities  Australia wide. The cost moving interstate will depend on the destination as well as whether it’s a residential or commercial move. As a rough estimate, if you’re moving house with a three-bedroom to Melbourne, you can expect to pay between $4,000 and $5,000. However, if you have a smaller 1 or 2 bedroom house, the quote will likely be significantly less. Additionally, our backloading service is also available for those who require a more affordable quote. Please don’t hesitate to inquire about this option as well.

Do you charge more on the weekend?

We won’t charge you extra if you decide to move on the weekend, our rate is the same every day of the week. We want to ensure our customers always get the most competitive removal rates.

Can you move offices as well?
Yes we can! We’ve designed a corporate package to help you move your office on time and under budget. This package includes (at no extra cost) a project manager who helps strategise and organise all aspects of the move.
Can you dismantle and reassemble beds, wall units, furniture, etc,.?
Yes. Our removalists are more than happy to help disassemble and reassemble furniture for you on the day. However specialist tools such as drills will need to be supplied by the customer.
Where are you located?
Our office is located in Sydney, in the heart of Parramatta. We offer local services to anyone living in NSW and interstate services to customers throughout East coast Australia. Find out more about where we operate.
When do I pay?
You’ll finalise all payment 30-minutes before the completion your removal on your moving day. You can pay by cash or card. Any other payment arrangements (i.e. postponed pay) must be approved by our head office prior to your scheduled move. 
Do you offer free boxes? 
Since we recycle our packing boxes, they come at no additional cost, however we do ask for a conditional bond of $3 per box to ensure the boxes are well looked after. 
Can my mates help the removalists?
Yes. If you’d like to recruit your friends on the day, that’s not a problem, we’d just ask that they don’t enter the truck for insurance reasons. 
How long have you been helping people move?

What days are the busiest?
Weekends are the most popular time to move. So if you’d like to move without interrupting your working week, we’d recommend booking a few months in advance. This will ensure you have your preferred time and date. 
What is backloading?
Backloading is when you share a moving truck with another customer(s) who are also moving to the same area. This means everyone gets to transport their belongings at a significantly lower cost. Find out more about backloading here. 
What's the cost of a removalist in Sydney?
The cost of a removalist depends on a few factors: the size of your house, the amount of furniture to be moved, and the distance to be traveled. If you’d like a more accurate estimate, fill out this form and receive a quote. 
How do you keep costs low?
We’ve been doing this for over a decade, so we’ve streamlined our service to ensure our efficiency and planning are on point. Our interstate backloading service is by far the cheapest removal service in Sydney.
Do you charge a fuel levy?
Yes, all jobs have a minimum of 5% fuel levy. Fuel levy can change depending on the distance travelled:
  • Jobs that exceed 40km have a 10% fuel levy
  • Jobs that exceed 80km have a 20% fuel levy
  • Any jobs that have return travel are a minimum of 15% fuel levy regardless of the distance between
  • Additional charges may apply if the destination runs through a toll way. 
What times are you available?
Here’s when you can book our removalists in for your next move:
  • 7:30 am – 9:00 am
  • 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
  • 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  • 3:00 pm Onwards
Any hidden costs?
No. We pride ourselves on being transparent and upfront with our customers. We’ll ensure you are fully aware of all the cost involved prior to payment, this way there are no nasty surprises on the day. 
When should I get in touch?
The sooner, the better. As a rule of thumb, you should give us at least 4-6 weeks notice. This’ll ensure your preferred time and date are available. We can help with last minute requests, although you’ll have to allow for more flexibility.
How long does it take to move?
We’ll give you an estimate, and do our best to stick to the time frame agreed on. However, unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, and the size of your home. We always work hard to ensure we get the move done as quickly and safely as possible. 
Do you offer storage options? 
Yes, we offer highly affordable storage and warehousing options. This is a great option if you have excess furniture or want secure storage to put your belongings aside for a short period of time. Learn more about our temporary storage options. 
How do you measure your service?
We’re always seeking feedback from our customers through surveys and questionnaires so feel free to offer us feedback. We take feedback seriously as it helps inform and shape how we do business now and in the future. 
How does your service differ from the competition?
